Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement? Zymonetics, a leading healthcare research company, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our employee experience and supporting our mission to advance healthcare solutions through innovative research.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Policy Implementation: Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Culture & Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives and events that promote a strong company culture and enhance team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare or research sectors.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment software is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
