Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored research solutions that drive their success.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Performance Analysis: Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare or research industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
